Instructions for using the online application form

Welcome!

Dear Student:
Below you will find a form which you can use to apply for admission to all Camplus residences and campuses for the 2009-2010 academic year. You will need to fill out the form in its entirety.
You can save the form before it is fully filled in and retrieve it at a later time, or make changes to it using a specific request code which will be sent to the e-mail address specified on the first page when you save the form for the first time.
Be very careful that you enter the correct e-mail address!
In any event, the code is also displayed in the upper right-hand corner of each page of the form.

Just click the [save] button found at the bottom of each page to save the information you've entered and retrieve it at a later time. To retrieve your application you will need to enter the code you have been sent.
When you have completed the form, you can submit your application by clicking [submit application] at the bottom of the last page. Once you have done this, you may no longer make changes to your form.

You must submit the completed application form in order for your application to be considered for the 2009-2010 academic year.
